Banana walnut chocolate muffins
2.5 cups brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
1 table spoon pumpkin spice
1 tablespoon cinnamon

In another bowl combine:
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar or sugar substitute
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup softened butter
5-6 mashed bananas
A pinch of salt

Then mix it all together with your favorite walnuts and I added some chocolate for my fiancé!
